DAY 2 - 30 DAYS WRITING CHALLENGE

Day 2. SOMETHING SOMEONE TOLD ME ABOUT ME THAT I NEVER FORGOT
*My brother* - Just before he left home for good, he called my sister and I and said, I'm leaving you people but know ye this, *everything you're supposed to learn about life, I have been teaching you long time ago.* You might be 16 years now but your mental age is 25 years old. You are much older and mature and it will aid you exceedingly in navigating life.

*Dr. Obi-Ani* - I was 19 and in that phase where I was chuking head in everything. I wrote proposal for Lion FM, was just looking for things to do where to be and she told me. "Calm down. You see all these struggle you're trying to be a part of and be involved in? Don't worry, you will be getting so many offers in life that you'd be running and rejecting them. Take your pace, steady but focused"

*My Second Year Roommates* - We were brainstorming in our room and predicting careers best suited for everyone. My turn, they said, "you're a good writer and eloquent in speech (then I always video myself talking), you'd be a great writer and a terrific speaker."

I believe in Football and the impact it has had on my life. For me Football have always been more than just a game to play with friends. Notions (Wi-Fi)

We don't know what we have until we lose it. I had written something down on this particular issue, and that had been a depressing stuff. However, the one I'm emphasising on today is actually more stupid than sad, although I'm very sad about it. From my first year, I had prided myself in it having subscribed a monthly data plan by myself while school is in session. It's not difficult to guess the reason for my boasting, WI-FI, my very own "Lionet WiFi". Then, YouTube and Instagram was my second home. I dallied a bit on WhatsApp and Facebook, but my base was YouTube. I knew the latest songs that were released, the trending ones and the views each was getting. It went as far as checking the comments in each video. This girl didn't know that my WiFi will be stripped from me without warning. Took so long

 It took me a while to come to this realisation I can criticise orthodox Christianity while enjoying gospel music. I can decide not to be religious, but groove to music You know why? Because music is transcendental. Same way you enjoy secular music as a Christian.
