On Remote Working

 


Remote working is the future of majority of jobs.

Of course, we still need physical meetings. They are important to brainstorm and all. But I forsee a 2 day work week, and other times remotely

Emphasis on flexible work schedule. A dream for introverted folks like me.

And also allowing us to travel, be with family, be present for the kids, and enjoy high income salary (without motigbeshona speakers yapping about Being your own boss)

And also for the companies: saving cost of electricity, WiFi, etc. 

A win-win in all situation

How do you think Kuda and Standard Chartered bank afford free charges? It's cos they don't have to up 5 physical banks in Nigeria.

It's remote, now and always

Notions (Wi-Fi)

We don't know what we have until we lose it. I had written something down on this particular issue, and that had been a depressing stuff. However, the one I'm emphasising on today is actually more stupid than sad, although I'm very sad about it. From my first year, I had prided myself in it having subscribed a monthly data plan by myself while school is in session. It's not difficult to guess the reason for my boasting, WI-FI, my very own "Lionet WiFi". Then, YouTube and Instagram was my second home. I dallied a bit on WhatsApp and Facebook, but my base was YouTube. I knew the latest songs that were released, the trending ones and the views each was getting. Took so long

 It took me a while to come to this realisation I can criticise orthodox Christianity while enjoying gospel music. I can decide not to be religious, but groove to music You know why? Because music is transcendental. Same way you enjoy secular music as a Christian.
