On God
Things you see and of course, no other choice than to believe there is an engineer (God) that orchestrated it. It can't have been by chance. It's not a matter of belief. There has to have been a being that crafted this so intricately that it exists as such...
Why I never tilted to atheism. Cos this universe is so infinite that it doesn't even make sense how we exist. Like my brain doesn't comprehend the vastness of this world.
So why doesn't God stop all this inhumanity going on. Well that's cos God has been here for eons.
What concern supernatural being and what we plebians are doing. If we want to destroy shit up, let's continue on that downward trajectory. When shit goes to naught, God will create new beings. Maybe ours are a bad experiment and he's just observing us so when we eventually blow up this universe, then some parts of the brain that causes us to be so terrible as humans will be removed.
So I suppose I'm more apathetic towards religion as a belief. Like it's there. Sometimes I say God abeg. Majority of times, I don't. It is what it is.
But my stance on this is.
God is in the vastness of the galaxy. In the surmountable depth of the ocean. In the beauty of nature. Ever changing like the cycle of the seasons. Shines brighter than the sun. Uncountable like the twinkling stars. As unstoppable as a raging volcano. As unforgiving as a horrid storm.
But God is also the steady rhythm of the rain, the calmness in the serenity of the night. The finality when we close our eyes to death.
Constant. All and around us.
We can't understand this being cos our brain lack the capability to even comprehend. We are too minuscule in the scheme of things to predict the character, so of course, we can only remain humble in God's presence. And be aware of our fragility and ordinariness as humans compared to the omni- that he embodies.
I wager God would be exasperated by the human beings created be wrecking havoc in the world he painstakingly built from the greatness of his person. Of people dictating dogmas based on what they think is right.
And no, no Holy Spirit arrested me to wax lyrical. Anytime I'm mildly critical of organised religion, I get questions surrounding what did the church do to me?
I genuinely just got tired of the whole church and christianity dogma. None of us actually knows anything, especially with death and all. We can't ever comprehend and maybe some of us need that faith to keep us tethered to make sense of life and existence. Me I don't need the faith. I can see clearly, thank you very much. I just thank the Lord for good health and I keep it moving.
And there you have it ladies and gentlemen. You don't have to be scared of AI cos the neurons in your brain have been crafted so beautifully by your maker, that you just need to continue unleashing its potential.
