On Court of Gold


Oh this is an amazing amazing documentary. 

I started off by rooting by Team France. By episode 5, I was on Team Serbia (rooting for the underdog and shit). But after team USA defeated Serbia, and by episode 6 for the finale, I couldn't help but cheer for Team USA. I watched the finals live but rewatching the highlights, that was a phenomenal game 

Team USA is so arrogant, it grated on my nerves. But I mean why wouldn't they have that confidence?. They've won this gold for 4 times consecutively before the 2024 game. Others would chant their country's name before a game, and team USA was chanting "GOLD." Like not for once did it cross their minds they could actually get silver. It is Gold or nothing.

I felt so bad for France. In their own country, and team USA defeated them in both the men and females for finals. I'm shaa looking forward to 2028 Olympics. I know it'd even be more obnoxious since it'd be in the United States.

Notions (Wi-Fi)

We don't know what we have until we lose it. I had written something down on this particular issue, and that had been a depressing stuff. However, the one I'm emphasising on today is actually more stupid than sad, although I'm very sad about it. From my first year, I had prided myself in it having subscribed a monthly data plan by myself while school is in session. It's not difficult to guess the reason for my boasting, WI-FI, my very own "Lionet WiFi". Then, YouTube and Instagram was my second home. I dallied a bit on WhatsApp and Facebook, but my base was YouTube. I knew the latest songs that were released, the trending ones and the views each was getting. Took so long

 It took me a while to come to this realisation I can criticise orthodox Christianity while enjoying gospel music. I can decide not to be religious, but groove to music You know why? Because music is transcendental. Same way you enjoy secular music as a Christian.
