YOU DON'T ONLY NEED TO GET YOUR CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS TO KNOW HOW THE BUSINESS IS OF ADVANTAGE TO THEM, YOU'VE GOT TO RELATE WITH THEM ON A PERSONAL LEVEL. ESPECIALLY IF IT IS A PURCHASING ENDEAVOUR.
